My friend Pavleta is besides a passioned gardener and a rag-doll tailor also a lover of sweets. She wanted for a long time me to make a cake for her and I finally did it. With the flowers from her own garden! 😉
This time with recipe – because it’s so easy and she wanted to know it!
First you soak in water some cashew for 24 hours.
Than you make the pie crust with fingers from soaked in some tea oats and a lot of dates.
And you strain the cream from the cashew, maple sirup aaaand if you couldn’t find coco-nut butter like me with a buffalo’s butter for example. 🙂 If needed you could add some more sweet taste with quality brown cane sugar or some tea or other liquid to rise the cream.
Than you freezе the cake to wait for Pavleta when you powder with cocoa or carob powder.
And at the end you decorate with the flowers before showing! That simple!
The initial idea was to decorate it with this colourful fruits … some other time!
